Can I leave my computer here?

You can, if you have a Dedicated Desk. Our space is equipped with all of the best security systems, to keep you and your belongings safe.

How do I pay for my invoices?

For dedicated or shared desk memberships, invoices are handled through our app. Simply put in your credit card and you'll be billed automatically. For private offices, we accept post-dated checks.

How do I become a member?

Simply join the community on this web site, and we will reach out to you to schedule a tour.

Do I have to use all 10 of my drop-ins each month?

While you don't have to use them, they won't roll over to the next month. After 1 month, any unused drop-ins will expire.

I don't have a credit card. How can I pay my invoice?

You can get a pre-paid credit card (basically a debit card) through KOHO which you can use to pay your invoices.

Where should I park?

The best place to park is in the conference center, which is a 2 minute walk away. We have a few first-come first-serve parking spots behind the building, but they go quickly!

How do I book a boardroom or event space?

When you become a member, you can book a boardroom by accessing our app. If you’re having troubles, contact us.

Can I book a boardroom or event space if I am not a member?

You must be registered on our web site to book any space. Simply click Join the community to sign up, and we will schedule a tour with you. Requests for events and meeting room bookings are reserved for members of our shared desk, dedicated desk, and private office plans. If you'd like to book a meeting but aren't on a paying plan, let us know and we will consider individually if it's a fit for our community.

What if there isn't a plan that meets my needs?

How far in advance should I book my event or meeting space?

2 weeks to be safe.

What is nearby?

We are located in the core of downtown Nanaimo. You can find coffee shops, restaurants, and shops - all within a 2 minute walk.

I like to work outside normal 9-5 workday hours, will this space work for me?

Yes! If you get a Dedicated Desk, you can come 24/7 with FOB access. 😁
